【要約】【目的】 バルーン抵抗の弾性反動による狭窄を防ぐ各巻回の強度と、血管の湾曲に従う柔軟さとバルーンカテーテルを使用しないで移植できる弾性とを有し、さらに、構造体の圧縮と移植の際にそれが戻り、受け入れた血管の遅延性拡張作用を有する管腔用のステントおよび移植体を提供する。【構成】 管腔用のステントと移植体は、グザグ状にしたワイヤの連続螺旋体から作られたステント(10)と、隣接するワイヤの隣接する頂点を結合する締付材(12)とからなっている。ステント(10)は圧縮可能であり、圧縮前の形状にまで自動的に拡張することができる。また、この管腔用のステントと移植体は適当な生化学的適合性材料で作られ、ステントに固定される移植体を有している。
