【要約】【課題】 簡易な工程で生産性を向上でき、コスト低減を図ることができるエンボス模様付き金属微細片の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 表面にエンボスパターンを有する型10により、金属箔12の両面をプレスし、金属箔12にエンボスパターンを転写する。このように、エンボスパターンが転写された金属箔12を型10に付着したまま液体中に浸漬し、超音波を印加して型10からの剥離及び粉砕を行う。

金属箔の両面にエンボス模様を有する型を押し当てることにより、その金属箔の表面にエンボス模様の凹凸を形成することを特徴とするエンボス模様付き金属微細片の製造方法。
