透明基材フィルム(A.)の少なくとも一面に、直接もしくは他の層を介して、少なくとも樹脂と平均粒径1〜500nmの微粒子を含む樹脂層(B.)を形成し、該樹脂層(B.)上に直接または他の層を介して透明導電層(C.)を設けたことを特徴とする透明導電性フィルム。
