オゾンガスを微細化して被処理水中に注入するオゾン注入装置と、上記オゾン注入装置の後段に位置して被処理水及びオゾンガスを同時に加圧する加圧ポンプと、上記加圧ポンプ後段に位置して被処理水中の被酸化物を酸化する反応装置とを備えた高度浄水処理プラントにおいて、上記反応装置の残留圧力によって駆動されて除去対象物質を濃縮する膜処理装置と、上記膜処理装置の濃縮液を上記オゾン注入装置より前段に循環する濃縮液循環系を備えたことを特徴とする加圧式オゾン処理装置。
