Claim (excerpt)：

エタノール濃度が60〜95%になるようにガングリオシドを含む素材をエタノール溶液に分散し、50°C以上に加温して生成した沈澱を除去した後、得られた上清を0°C以下に冷却し、生成した沈澱を回収することを特徴とするガングリオシド高含有組成物の製造法。
