【要約】【目的】 本発明の第1の目的は、潤滑剤を用いなくてもアルミニウムを絞り加工することが可能な無潤滑絞り金型を提供することにある。また、本発明の第2の目的は潤滑剤を用いなくてもアルミニウムを絞り加工することが可能な無潤滑絞り加工方法を提供することにある。【構成】 本発明の無潤滑絞り金型は、表面がダイヤモンドライクカーボン膜によって被覆された絞り金型からなることを特徴とするものである。また、本発明の無潤滑絞り加工方法は、被成形材料を絞り加工するにあたり、少なくとも金型としては表面がダイヤモンドライクカーボン膜によって被覆された絞り金型からなる無潤滑絞り金型を用い、潤滑剤を用いることなく絞り加工することを特徴とするものである。
