【要約】【目的】 プロポリス抽出物を高濃度に含有するプロポリス抽出物の粉末を提供する。また、プロポリス抽出物の含水エタノール溶液からプロポリス抽出物の粉末を効率良く得ることができるプロポリス抽出物の粉末の製造方法を提供する。【構成】 プロポリス抽出物の粉末は、プロポリス抽出物及び薄片状の澱粉加水分解物を含有する。澱粉加水分解物の一部は乳糖であってもよい。このプロポリス抽出物の粉末の製造は、まずドラム乾燥法により製造された薄片状の澱粉加水分解物を攪拌しながら、これにプロポリス抽出物の含水エタノール溶液を徐々に添加する。得られた混合物を乾燥した後、粉砕することによりプロポリス抽出物の粉末が得られる。
