Claim (excerpt)：

杭と上部工を有する桟橋の補強構造であって、前記桟橋と独立しており、かつ水平方向の剛性が前記桟橋の水平方向の剛性よりも高い構造物を設置し、ダンパーの一端側を該構造物に連結し、他端側を前記上部工に連結するようにダンパーを設置したことを特徴とする桟橋の補強構造。
