【請求項1】 入力信号Uinを共振ずり測定ユニットの水平駆動部に入力し、該共振ずり測定ユニットにおける固体表面に挟まれた試料に対してその片側表面の振動を変位計で出力信号Uoutとして検出し、前記入力信号Uinとともに、前記出力信号Uoutを共振ずり計測装置に入力し、前記共振ずり測定ユニットの固体表面に挟まれた試料のせん断応答を膜厚の変化と共に計測する共振ずり測定方法であって、前記試料の片側表面の振動の減衰曲線をフーリエ変換し、共振ずり曲線を得ることを特徴とする共振ずり測定方法。
