方法であって 共通の設計に基づいて製造されたデバイスのグループから第1のデバイスを提供することであって、各デバイスが、前記グループ内でそのデバイスに対して固有なものである複数の動特性を含む対応する複数の測定可能な特性を有し、各デバイスが、前記測定可能な特性を測定するための測定モデルを有する、前記第1のデバイスを提供すること、 前記デバイスの1つ以上の複数の測定可能な特性のうちの1つ以上の選択された一部を選択的に測定し、前記選択された一部の前記測定結果を、前記第1のデバイスについて選択された一部のために以前に選択的に測定され予め記憶された測定値と比較することにより前記第1のデバイスの認証を可能にすることを備え、 前記複数の測定可能な特性は、前記デバイス内の複数の信号経路の遅延特性を含む、方法。
