【請求項1】試料中の放射性核種から同時に発生する複数のガンマ線を多重ガンマ線検出装置の2台以上の検出器で同時測定し、得られた2個のガンマ線エネルギーを縦軸と横軸とする2次元マトリクス上で位置決めすることで核種の種類を特定し、特定された核種位置でのピーク高さを垂直軸から測定して、当該核種の存在量を検出する、試料中の核種の定性及び定量方法。
