【課題】 1300〜1400°Cと従来に比べて低い温度で焼成可能であり、かつモルタル圧縮強度などの強度性も良好な物性を有するセメントクリンカーを提供する。【解決手段】 ボーグ式により算出されたC3AおよびC4AFの合計量が22%以上、C3S量が60%以上であり、かつ鉄率(I.M.)が1.3以下、好ましくは1.0〜1.3であるセメントクリンカーとする。C3AおよびC4AFの合計量が22%以上であるため低温で焼成でき、かつ鉄率を低くすることにより強度低下を防止できる。【選択図】 なし
