基板の上面に形成されたグラフェンの第一層と、 前記グラフェンの第一層を使って形成された一つ以上の能動デバイスの第一レベルと、 前記一つ以上の能動デバイスの第一レベルの上面に形成された絶縁層と、 前記絶縁層の上面に形成されたグラフェンの第二層と、 前記グラフェンの第二層を使って形成された一つ以上の能動デバイスの第二レベルと、 を含む三次元(3D)集積回路(IC)構造体であって、 前記一つ以上の能動デバイスの第二レベルは、前記一つ以上の能動デバイスの第一レベルと電気的に相互接続される、 前記構造体。
