【請求項1】(1)厚さが100nm〜200nmであるニッケル薄膜を、水素ガス雰囲気中で700°C〜800°Cの温度範囲で熱処理し、次いで(2)水素ガス圧が0.001333 Pa(10-5Torr)以上、0.013332 Pa(10-4 Torr)未満である水素ガス雰囲気中で、該水素ガスを電子衝撃することにより生成した水素原子および/または水素イオンで、前記熱処理をしたニッケル薄膜を衝撃して、該ニッケル薄膜の表面を清浄にすることを特徴とする低速陽電子輝度増強用透過型減速材の製造方法。
