【請求項1】CHA型ピュアシリカゼオライトの製造方法であって、(1)シリカと水とフッ化水素酸と、粉末の状態で混合された水酸化N,N,N-トリメチル-1-アダマンタンアミンとが含有された、下記組成Aを有する湿潤もしくは懸濁原料組成物を調製する工程、及び(2)前記(1)の工程により得られた湿潤もしくは懸濁原料組成物を加圧下に130〜200°Cの温度で12〜30時間加熱処理する工程、を含むことを特徴とするCHA型ピュアシリカゼオライトの製造方法。組成A(モル比):水/シリカ(SiO2)成分=3.2〜20
