【請求項1】線形加速器、短パルスレーザー光源及びアンジュレータを備える二帯域短パルス高輝度光源装置であって、前記線形加速器から出射された相対論的電子ビームに、前記短パルスレーザー光源から出射された短パルスレーザーを衝突させて、コンプトン散乱により準単色の硬X線ビームを発生させるとともに、前記電子ビームと前記短パルスレーザーから分離した一部分とを前記アンジュレータ内において相互作用させて、バンチスライス法によるテラヘルツ光を発生させることを特徴とする二帯域短パルス高輝度光源装置。
