【請求項1】誘導物質により目的タンパク質の分解が誘導されるタンパク質分解誘導性細胞であって、前記誘導物質が、オーキシン誘導体である1-ナフタレン酢酸であり、前記細胞が、ヒト受精卵、ならびに、ヒト胚およびヒト個体内の細胞を除く非植物の真核細胞であり、前記真核細胞が、シロイヌナズナ由来TIR1ファミリータンパク質の遺伝子と、植物由来Aux/IAAファミリータンパク質で標識化された目的タンパク質を発現するキメラ遺伝子とを有することを特徴とするタンパク質分解誘導性細胞。
