【請求項1】肉眼で識別できない微粒子状ガスハイドレートと異種微粒子が混在する系から、微粒子状ガスハイドレートを分離するガスハイドレート微粒子の回収方法であって、微粒子状のガスハイドレートと異種微粒子が混在する系が、掘削回収したガスハイドレートと土砂の混合物の粉砕物であり、液体窒素を用い、かつ、液体窒素が当該粉砕物と接触しない状態で、当該粉砕物をガスハイドレート分解温度以下に冷却し、当該粉砕物を、穴径20〜100マイクロメートルの篩にかけて、微粒子状のガスハイドレートと異種微粒子が混在する系を篩い分けし、ガスハイドレートを分離するガスハイドレート微粒子の回収方法。
