【請求項1】 蛍光色素で染色された細胞集団の蛍光観察画像と、その蛍光観察画像と同一視野の透過観察画像とを受信する受信部と、 前記透過観察画像において前記細胞集団の像が存在する第1領域群を特定する第1特定部と、 前記蛍光観察画像において前記第1領域群に相当する領域群を参照領域群として設定する設定部と、 前記蛍光観察画像において設定された前記参照領域群から蛍光輝度データを取得する取得部と を備えたことを特徴とする画像処理装置。
