【請求項1】重合度の異なる複数種のプロアントシアニジンを含有する原料またはその粗精製物から、重合度別にプロアントシアニジンを得るための分離精製方法であって、上記原料またはその粗精製物から、ポリエチレングリコール基で化学修飾されたシリカゲルが固定相である逆相液体クロマトグラフィーを用いて、プロアントシアニジンを重合度別に分離・精製することを特徴とするプロアントシアニジンの分離精製方法。
