【請求項1】ポリ(N-イソプロピルアクリルアミド)を基材表面に1.2〜3.5μg/cm2の範囲で被覆した細胞培養支持体上で、当該ポリマーの上限臨界溶解温度以下または下限溶解臨界温度以上の温度域で細胞を培養し、その後、培養液を当該ポリマーの上限臨界溶解温度以上または下限溶解臨界温度以下の温度に変化させることで培養した細胞をシート状に剥離させることにより得られる、柔軟性に富んだ培養細胞シートであって、線維芽細胞または肺胞組織細胞を構成細胞とし、そして、肺組織からの気漏の抑止において使用される、前記培養細胞シート。
