【請求項1】少なくとも1つの孔が設けられた細胞採取プレートであって、その一方の面を細胞を含む溶液に浸漬させることが可能である細胞採取プレートと前記細胞採取プレートを細胞を含む溶液に浸漬させた状態で、前記孔から細胞を含む溶液を吸引し、細胞を孔に捕捉するための手段と前記孔に捕捉された細胞を吐出する手段と前記細胞採取プレートの孔付近の光学像を得るための手段とを備え、前記細胞採取プレートの前記面の孔付近が親水性であり、及び前記面の孔付近以外の部分は撥水性であり、前記孔付近の細胞採取プレートの形状が、前記細胞を含む溶液に浸漬させる面の側に突起していることを特徴とする細胞採取システム。
