PDBj in Japan maintains a single PDB archive of macromolecular structural data in conjunction with the RCSB, the BMRB in USA and the PDBe in EU as a member of the Worldwide Protein Data Bank. PDBj provides entry search with sequence homology and structure similarity, structural bioinformatics web services such as a molecular visualizing software and tutorials of them. From this website, users can deposit protein structural information solved by X-ray crystallography or NMR spectroscopy in the PDB. For the structure search, you can use PDBj Mine (http://pdbj.org/mine) . The PDBj data are updated on every Wednesday 9 a.m. (Japan time).
