【請求項1】 所定のギャップ幅を有する電極が形成された基板と、 前記基板上に形成され、導入された微小誘電体の流路を形成する流路形成部材と、 感光性レジスト材料からなる絶縁薄膜を成膜後、ビーム微細加工法による露光、現像を経て前記基板上の前記流路中途に複数立設され、周面に複数の突起部を備えた突出部材と、 を備え、 前記突出部材は前記電極間で発生した電界を不均一化させることにより、前記流路を介して流入した前記微小誘電体に誘電泳動力を発生させることを特徴とする三次元誘電泳動デバイス。
