【請求項1】シロイヌナズナFT遺伝子を発現する組換えリンゴ小球形潜在ウイルス(FT-ALSV)に感染した増殖宿主から濃縮したウイルスRNAを、発根直後のリンゴ実生の子葉にパーティクルガン法を用いて接種する工程を含み、播種から1.5ヵ月〜3ヵ月で開花させ、この花から発芽能力を有する花粉を採取することを特徴とするリンゴの花粉取得方法。
