【請求項1】下記(i)〜(iii)の条件を満たす、表面プラズモン励起増強蛍光分光法を用いたサンドイッチアッセイにより、β-N-アセチルガラクトサミン残基および/またはフコースα(1,2)ガラクトース残基を糖鎖の末端に有する前立腺特異抗原を定量する方法: (i)上記残基を糖鎖の末端に有する前立腺特異抗原との親和性が、該残基を糖鎖の末端に有さない前立腺特異抗原との親和性より高いレクチンを、二次捕捉分子として使用する; (ii)上記サンドイッチアッセイで使用する固相一次抗体が、前立腺特異抗原のタンパク質部分に結合し得る抗体である; (iii)上記固相一次抗体が、カルボキシメチルデキストランを含む、3次元構造を有する固相化層に固定化されている。
