【請求項1】同心円状に配列した複数列の圧電素子からなる超音波発振部を備えた超音波送受信装置と、その超音波送受信装置が被測定断面を横切るように超音波を連続発振可能であるように発振角度を変化させる超音波角度変化装置と、前記超音波送受信装置が発振した超音波の反射波を受信して、その受信結果に基づいて算出した距離値に同じ数値が二つ以上存在する時は前記超音波発振部における複数列の圧電素子の超音波発振を切り替える自動切り替え装置と、前記超音波送受信装置が受信したデータから被測定断面寸法を算出する演算部を備えた制御装置と、を備えたことを特徴とする被測定断面寸法計測装置。
