【請求項1】塩化カルシウム・2水和物飽和メタノールにα-キチンを溶解して調製したキチン溶液を型に塗布した後、このキチン溶液を前記型とともにエタノール又はイソプロパノールに浸漬し、その後、生成したシート状のキチンゲルを水で洗浄することを特徴とするキチンシートの製造方法。
