【請求項1】基材表面に分子量が10000〜150000の非架橋かつ直鎖状の細胞付着性である温度応答性高分子が0.02〜0.3分子鎖/nm2の割合で固定され、その一部の高分子の末端からさらに、細胞非付着性高分子が延長して固定された、表面の一部が細胞非付着性領域を有する、配向性を有する細胞シートを作製するための温度応答性細胞培養基材であって、前記基材上の温度応答性領域及び細胞非付着性領域は、ラインとスペースからなるパターンを形成し、ここでラインである前記温度応答性領域の幅は50μm〜500μmであり、スペースである前記細胞非付着性領域の幅は50μm以上であり、前記基材表面に固定された温度応答性高分子の分子量分布は、分散比(Mw/Mn)として1.1〜1.5である、前記温度応答性細胞培養基材。
