【課題】ブラスト法において、噴射微粒子による歯やインプラント表面の擦過による表面粗さの増加を回避しながら、安全で効果的な清掃・洗浄を行い得る清掃洗浄方法および噴射洗浄装置を提供する。【解決手段】噴射洗浄装置1は、エアー通路31、32と、水通路33と、前記エアー通路31中に寒天粉末を収容するパウダータンク22を有し、前記エアー通路31と前記水通路33を共に開いて、前記寒天粉末を含んだスプレーをノズル部10より噴射し、物体表面の付着物を除去している。寒天粉末を含んだスプレーの噴射後は、エアー通路32と水通路33を開いて、エアーと水または温水との混合スプレーをノズル部10から噴射することにより、物体表面に付着した寒天を除去している。【選択図】図1

寒天粉末を物体表面に衝突させることによって、前記物体表面の付着物を除去することを特徴とする清掃洗浄方法。
