【請求項1】 ウォームギヤとウォームホイールとを備えるウォーム減速機であって、 前記ウォームギヤの前記ウォームホイールに対する摺動面と、前記ウォームホイールの前記ウォームギヤに対する摺動面との少なくともいずれか一方または両方にDLC膜が形成され、 前記DLC膜は、シリコンおよびフラーレンから生成されるグラファイト結晶子を含み、ラマンスペクトルにおけるGバンドの面積に対するDバンドの面積比R(=Id/Ig)が0.6以上である、ウォーム減速機。
