【請求項1】 mRNAと、該mRNAによりコードされるタンパク質又はペプチドとの複合体を製造するための核酸リンカーであって、 5’末端にスペーサー部分と、前記mRNAの少なくとも一部の配列とハイブリダイズし得るポリヌクレオチド部分と、前記タンパク質又はペプチドとの連結部分を3’末端に有するアーム部分とを備え、前記スペーサー部分と前記ポリヌクレオチド部分と前記アーム部分とが一本鎖を形成してなり、前記ポリヌクレオチド部分が光反応性塩基誘導体を含み、前記スペーサー部分は50塩基以上のオリゴヌクレオチドを有し、前記光反応性塩基誘導体は3-Cyanovinylcarbazole Nucleosideであることを特徴とする核酸リンカー。
