液状の試料に対して前処理を行う前処理装置であって、可橈性のシートから形成されたバッグと、試料を保持可能な吸水材と、を具備しており、上記バッグは、少なくとも、上記吸水材を収容しており、且つ外部へ開口する吸水材収容室と、第1液剤を液密に収容しており、且つ上記吸水材収容室と隣り合って配置された第1収容室と、を有しており、上記吸水材収容室と上記第1収容室とは、加圧によって連通可能な第1弱溶着部を含む第1区画部によって液密に区画されている前処理装置。
