配列番号2で示される16S rDNA塩基配列を含むラクトバチルス・ジョンソニイ(Lactobacillus johnsonii)であって、 記憶力改善活性、密着結合タンパク質(tight junction protein)発現誘導活性、抗酸化活性、リポ多糖類(lipopolysaccharide、LPS)生成抑制活性またはβ-グルクロニダーゼ(β-glucuronidase)阻害活性を有する乳酸菌。
