【請求項1】 少なくとも2つの光源と、 前記少なくとも2つの光源から生成される光束を試料に照射する照射光学系と、 前記試料から生成されるコヒーレントアンチストークスラマン散乱光を検出する検出器と、 前記検出器の出力を取り込み、信号処理を行う信号処理部とを備え、 前記信号処理部は、前記検出器における、コヒーレントアンチストークスラマン散乱が極大になる波長と極小になる波長における前記コヒーレントアンチストークスラマン散乱の電場の絶対値の差に比例する値を演算し、出力し、 前記検出器は前記コヒーレントアンチストークスラマン散乱光のスペクトルを取得するものであって、 前記電場の絶対値の差は、前記スペクトルの極大値と極小値それぞれの平方根の差である ことを特徴とする光学分析装置。
