【請求項1】 鋼製ワークの表面に浸炭窒化層を形成する浸炭窒化処理方法であって、 当該鋼製ワークの周辺に炭素及び窒素の供給源を含む浸炭浸窒用溶液を噴霧して、当該鋼製ワークの表面を浸炭浸窒用溶液に接触させ、当該鋼製ワークを高周波誘導加熱し、当該鋼製ワークの表面に炭素及び窒素を浸透させることを特徴とする浸炭窒化処理方法。
