【請求項1】少なくともCr及びSiを主成分とする熱電材料において、当該熱電材料は、CrSi合金であり、 Siの同族元素であり、且つ、Siよりも原子量が大きい元素(C)であるGeを含有し、CrSi2のSiをGeで一部置換した、Cr(SixGe(1-x))2(ただし、x=0.8〜0.9)であることを特徴とする熱電材料。
