【請求項1】 i)単離した筋衛星細胞と第2のラミニンとを接触させる工程であって、該第2のラミニンがヒトラミニンα3β3γ2E8フラグメント、ヒトラミニンα4β1γ1E8フラグメント、およびヒトラミニンα5β1γ1E8フラグメントの混合物である工程、および ii)該筋衛星細胞を第1のラミニンがコーティングされている培養基材上で培養する工程であって、該第1のラミニンがヒトラミニンα2β1γ1E8フラグメントである工程 を含むことを特徴とする、筋衛星細胞の培養方法。
