【請求項1】 熱電変換材料であって、 PbTeを含む基材と、 前記基材中にC、Si、GeおよびSnからなる群から選択された少なくとも一つの元素(M)と第1族元素、第11族元素および第13族元素からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つの元素(A)とを含むナノ析出物と、を含み、 Pb1-x-yAyMxTeの組成式で表され、 xおよびyは、Pb、MおよびAの総量に対して、それぞれM、Aの原子比を表し、xが0.002以上でかつ0.012以下であり、yが0よりも大きく0.1以下である、前記熱電変換材料。
