【請求項1】 表面増強ラマン分光法用基板の製造方法であって、 第1の基板上に、ナノ粒子を配置するステップと、 エラストマーからなる基材と前記基材の少なくとも一面に設けられた粘着層とを有している第2の基板を、前記第1の基板の表面と対向させながら近づけていき、前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板との表面を当接させた後に、前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板との表面を離していくステップと、 前記第2の基板上のナノ構造に、貴金属層を堆積させるステップと、 を有することを特徴とする表面増強ラマン分光法用基板の製造方法。
