Research overview：
本研究では、現行のレトロウイルスベクターを用いたiPS細胞樹立法の問題点を、任意に脱落可能な次世代人工染色体を開発・利用することにより克服し、さらに細胞の未分化・分化の運命決定に重要な役割を果たす転写因子とその核輸送因子のインタープレイに関する研究を融合させることにより、細胞リプログラミング技術開発に新しい視点で挑戦することを通して、安全で高効率なiPS細胞樹立法の確立を目指します。
