Research overview：
サイトカイニンは古くから知られている植物ホルモンで、構造的にはアデニンの誘導体です。最近、私はこの合成酵素を始めて同定しました。本研究では、サイトカイニン合成酵素遺伝子が破壊された植物のスクリーニングにより、得られた変異体の解析、遺伝子発現制御などを通じて植物の生長におけるサイトカイニンの役割を解明します。
