Research overview：
メタンの転換反応におけるC-H結合活性化と官能基化に対して空間・時間的な反応場分離の概念を組み込んだ反応場分離型触媒を開拓し、エチレン、ベンゼン、メタノール等の有用化合物の選択合成を実現します。この際、従来の絨毯爆撃的な探索は行わず、既知の触媒物質と触媒と認知されていない新規物質の物性とC-H解離能の関係からマテリアルズ・インフォマティクスを構築して触媒物質候補を予測し、研究を効率的に推進します。
