Research overview：
ブタノールは自動車用燃料として有望であり、微生物や酵母を用いた醗酵プロセスにより製造可能である。本研究を通して細菌や酵母の包括的代謝解析とコンピューターモデリングを行い、得られた情報を利用して光合成細菌の遺伝子を改変し、ブタノール生産性の最適化を目指す。
