Research overview：
生物の形作りでは、多くの細胞が協調することで、全体として意味のある形が作られます。その仕組みに迫るには、細胞間の相互作用ダイナミクスの解明が必須です。本研究では、遺伝子の発現ダイナミクスをプログラムできる「人工遺伝子回路」を利用し、時計細胞集団での相互作用ダイナミクスを明らかにします。特に、サイズが大きく変化する発生過程で、なぜ安定なパターン形成が可能かという問いに焦点をあてた研究を行います。
