【課題】ダイヤモンドアンビルにより試料に超高圧(例えば150GPa程度の圧力)を作用させている状態でダイヤモンドアンビルにX線が長時間照射された場合に、X線の影響でダイヤモンドアンビルが破損することを抑制する 【解決手段】試料を加圧するためのダイヤモンドアンビル20は、ダイヤモンドの本体10と、本体10の表面に形成されたCVDダイヤモンド膜21とを有する。本体10は、試料を配置する箇所に相当する先端面11を有する。CVDダイヤモンド膜21は、本体10の表面において少なくとも先端面11を含む領域に形成されている。 【選択図】図4A
