【請求項1】 絶縁性基材と、前記絶縁性基材の少なくとも一方の表面に積層された導電性中間層と、前記導電性中間層の前記絶縁性基材側とは反対側の表面に積層された導電性高分子層とを有し、前記絶縁性基材は、ポリパラキシレン樹脂を含む可撓性樹脂膜であって、前記導電性中間層は、グラフェン単層であって、前記導電性高分子層は、ポリ(3,4-エチレンジオキシチオフェン)-ポリ(4-スチレンスルホン酸)を含み、前記導電性中間層は、前記導電性高分子層よりも前記絶縁性基材に対する親和性が高いことを特徴とする生体内埋め込み電極。
