【請求項1】 電磁石を含む複数の機器の制御シーケンスを記述したパターンデータに基づく制御信号を、各々の前記機器に送信する照射制御部と、 前記電磁石の少なくとも一つの温度検出値を受信し、前記電磁石の温度検出値が第1閾値を超えた場合に前記制御シーケンスで規定された前記電磁石の電流値を一時的に下げる指令を前記照射制御部に送信し、前記第1閾値を下回るいずれかの前記温度検出値が受信されたタイミングで前記電磁石の電流値を元に戻す指令を前記照射制御部に送信する温度監視部と、を備える電磁石の制御装置。
