【請求項1】 糖鎖結合一本鎖抗体の連結部にアミノ酸置換を導入する糖鎖結合一本鎖抗体の改変抗体配列の設計方法であって、 糖鎖結合一本鎖抗体のアミノ酸配列に対して、統計学手法と祖先型設計法に基づいてアミノ酸置換を行い、糖鎖結合性一本鎖抗体の改変抗体のアミノ酸配列を設計する工程、 前記糖鎖結合性一本鎖抗体の改変抗体の配列のうち、可変部位(CDR)を、前記糖鎖結合一本鎖抗体の配列に置換する工程、を備える、糖鎖結合一本鎖抗体の改変抗体配列の設計方法。
