抄録/ポイント： 構造化スパース性を用いた学習を介したデータ試料の代表を見いだすための新しい定式化を提案した。両多様性と代表性をもつ代表を見出すために,目的関数は再構築誤差と三構造化正則化から構成される構造的に正則化された学習として問題を定式化し(1)グループスパース性正則化,(2)多様性正則化,および(3)局所性感度正則化。目的の最適化のために,加速した近接勾配アルゴリズム,近位Dykstra法とパラメトリック最大流の計算を提案した。画像およびビデオデータ上での実験を行い,多様性と代表性をもつ例を見出すのにこの方法の有効性を検証し,異常値に対するロバスト性を実証した。Copyright 2018 Elsevier B.V., Amsterdam.
